Volunteering at Mapleton has never been easier! We have streamlined and consolidated all of our volunteer jobs and sign-ups onto one site! You can find all volunteer opportunities for the school listed on our bvsd.HelpAtSchools.com page. Please visit to see all the possible ways you can support our school community. And don't forget to check back often, as these opportunities are constantly updated.
HelpAtSchools also hosts our online parent/student directory. The directory lists students and parents by grade, and parent phone numbers and emails. It is accessible only to verified parents/guardians and lists only those families that agree to be listed. You can control your privacy preferences from the Account Settings page on HelpAtSchools.
How to Sign Up for a HelpAtSchools Account

Go to bvsd.helpatschools.com, select our school, and click on Login Or Create Account

Find the "I’d like to create an account" section and fill in your email address.
Be sure to use the same email you use for Infinite Campus.
Click Send Signup Link. -
Check your email for a message from HelpAtSchools.
Click the link in the email to complete your registration. -
Go to the Volunteer or Sign-Up page and find a job you love!
Click on the blue Sign-Up button next to any job.
Some Volunteer Opportunities Require a Background Check
To ensure the safety of students, some volunteer jobs require a completed school district background check (generally those jobs involving interaction with students). When applicable, the volunteer job signup will indicate that a background check is required for that position.
